The employees are nice. The facility is clean. But I had a load of belongings to drop off a couple days after I purchased the unit. But, there was a lock on my unit. It was Sunday so I had to keep the van full, which altered my day and caused problems.Valley Storage should either monitor the units as new customers rent them to ensure we can access when we need to. Or, increase the days and hours employees are present.

It's not a big deal. I don't have much in my unit, but my units door opens but it doesn't wrap together on its pulley; leaving the doors bottom @ the height of about 5'. I did contact office 2 days after initial move in n they stated they would put my on maintenance schedule n contact me to set up time to meet to unlock unit. Again, no biggie, just the next customer might not be as understanding, creating unnecessary issue. I value all accommadations otherwise.
