Our items were safe and secure. Customer service wasn’t always the best, as questions would go unanswered and calls weren’t always returned. There was also a situation involving a safety issue and no one followed up with us about it. All in all, when it came to storing our items safely and securely the service was great and they held up their end there.

I have been extremely impressed with the flexibility, friendliness, and determination to find answers and figure out solutions that your staff at you All-Star Court location!! They have always gone above and beyond in their service, most recently Andrea helped me with an issue quickly and efficiently, keeping me in the loop and pursuing solutions while I live over 6,000 miles away! My experience was mostly good. I always felt safe and secure which is my number one concern with storage. My only frustration was that the door to our unit was always very difficult to latch closed- so much so that I always had to have a second person with me so we could both try to close it completely. I also felt the increase in pricing was a bit excessive.

I’ve used Valley Storage twice in the past 7 years, at 2 different locations. Getting started and leaving each facility was simple, the units themselves were fine, online billing was pretty effortless. Prices did keep creeping up steadily over the years, which I wasn’t fond of naturally.

I have had my furniture / house hold items in storage for almost 2yrs ; nothing was wrong with them!!! No leaking of water , no signs of mice - the unit was weather protected in my opinion due to the length of my furniture being in there and still looking brand new!
