The Leitersburg Valley Storage is very nice. It is clean. The staff is professional. Cost factor is on the high side, but everything else is also. Time to be compassionate, not greedy. Hope the security gate is fixed soon.

I originally tried to start a storage bin on the website. I ended up going in with questions about the online process because I couldn't complete it. I went in and spoke with Becca, she was very helpful and explained everything. I asked her if I could stay the process in store instead of online. Becca helped me and we got through the process in about 10 minutes. She also showed me where my unit was. She was very informative and happy to help. Great experience for me!

Came in with a question about my storage unit and Wally helped me. As he is a UPS employee he did not know the answer but he researched it quickly and got the correct answer. Even though he was busy and it seems the other people were on break he took the time to help me. Such an asset.

The place was amazing. Very clean and well kept. The associates there today were very professional even though some customers weren’t. It was a safe environment with extra masks and sanitizers. Was very fast and convenient, considering I have never rented a storage unit before. Was shown around and was asked what I would be storing, to make sure I would be renting the right unit. The associates there would get 5 stars from me today. I believe there names were Misty, Heather, and Sadye. Definitely would recommend a friend or family member to rent from them.

Customer service was superb from the moment I walked in the door. I rented a storage unit and it was neat and clean and the representative went through every aspect of the rental...and even gave me a gift bag. The access access is 24 hour, very secure and very well explained.

I was very happy with my 3x5 storage unit. however I did not like the excessive rent increases every year. I felt it was in no way justified. Other than that the facility was clean and accessible.

The storage facilities was nice and clean..BUT..if you expect to be prorated and not charged for a whole month..it will be a surprise to you... We thought since were there a couple of days after.. We would be prorated and not have to pay for a whole month... But that is not the case...just a FYI.. For the next tenants who rent.

My time with VS was great. I never had to worry about my items. The climate controlled units were perfect. However my only issue with them is their pricing. My unit went up in price every year for 5 years. It started at 98 per month and ended at 125. That's a total of $1500 per year. Their pricing needs to be restructured. I would recommend them but be aware they are pricey. Would be 5 stars if not for the steady price increase year after year.

They are awesome! I had to move in a hurry and wasn't sure about dates or even if I'd need storage. They opened a reservation for me for 10 days so I had time to decided. When I moved my stuff there is had lots of help and the lock was lost. They went above and beyond and put a lock on for me and also let me know my moving help left some items in the hallway. I would absolutely recommend this site if you need storage or UPS services.

I feel comfortable and know my belongings are safe at Valley Storage.. I missed locked my unit and received a call to let me know I should return to have my belongings safely secured. I appreciate the staff who are looking out to keep our belongings secure... I also love the fact the units are climate controlled...
