I needed short-term storage and Valley Storage was able to provide a space that fit perfectly. I ended up needing it longer than I originally thought. Although there were several rate increases, the price was still reasonable.

Clean units and easy to get to! The lot is a little confusing, but overall well kept and feels safe. Would definitely use this place again if I ever need another storage unit!

I've been with Valley Storage in Hagerstown for several years. The facility is always clean and I've never had any issues with mice or other unwanted critters. The staff is friendly and have always been helpful when I needed assistance. I'll definately be back if I need another unit.

I had phone conversations initially and I was then able to purchase through their app because I wasn’t going to be at their office prior to closing. They also followed up a few times seeing if I was still in need of parking for my utility trailer. I arrived late my first evening but property was well lit and units were very clean. I had to go into office a few days later because my code didn’t work (I failed to read it was a temporary code) and customer service was very nice. I will recommend in the future.

My second time renting with the Valley Storage company. I've recommended an uncle, a friend, and an organization in the past and they all had good experiences. I've worked with Mr. Chuck at the All Star Court location; I've since learned that he has retired, he is a great guy professional and kind. I'm now working with Mr. Brandon at the Cole Road location and he has exhibited the same professionalism and kindness.

The individual that arranged the rental of the unit, Brandon Poffenberger, was excellent. He was friendly and extremely competent. It was a pleasure conducting business. Some might say it was a Chick Fil A type customer service experience 🙂

I went to the All Star Court and they did have the unit I needed. She called the Halfway area storage and they had 1 unit left I went right over and secured the unit. Brandon was so helpful. Service was fast and he was very informative.Thank you!

We have rented from valley storage multiple times. We have never had a bad experience. All the employees have always been great. Brandon was on top of making the calls when units came available and today the lady that helped me was great. Everytime we need storage we choose valley.
