Check-in process was simple and straight-forward. When I arrived on move-in day my gate code was not working correctly, but Joyce took car of that quickly after allowing us to enter. My only issue is that there is not lighting inside the storage unit, but no major deal. So far very pleased.

I have had to store my RV ever since HOA’sNever have I had such a pleasant, welcome, family tone set. Joyce over sees everything, and not only does she set a welcome tone to her customers, but she goes out of her way until she knows they are satisfied in every way. I also had the pleasure of meeting Troy, again what a pleasure. He again does an excellent job.Joyce , and Troy are such an asset to the owner / owners of this company. In closing I walked in not knowing what to expect , walked out feeling like family. Kudos to this staff. The place was Immaculate/ the work was Stellar.

What a great place for storage. Joyce was super friendly and very knowledgeable! It was a very easy process getting everything set up. The storage locker was very clean and even had a little welcome packet inside of it! I would highly recommend this place if you are needing storage!

I came to Valley Storage looking for a unit and I met Joyce and she was and still is AMAZING!!! I wanted to use them but from a business stand point it made more sense to use Public Storage. So I went...And HATED it. The facility was not as good as Valley Storage. The staff didn’t seem to care and getting onsite was much more of a challenge since the driveway to the storage units is shared with another company. So...I came back and Joyce welcomed my business with open arms. Now we laugh about the experience.Needless to say...if you are like me and are caught in the middle. Use Valley Storage and ask for Joyce and tell her Leo sent you. She will take good care of you.

I was not too happy about a 40% price increase after 8 months. After posting a one star review Joyce reached out to me and we ended up agreeing on a 12% increase. Otherwise, the facility seems pretty clean and secure. They also recently replaced a cart that was difficult to maneuver, it is nice to see that there actually care about fixing/replacing things.

This facility is very neat and well kept. Dana was a huge help and was quick to find us a climate controlled unit close to the door. I have been renting units at this location for years and even with a change in ownership I am still extremely pleased the experience. Valley Storage has kept up with the standards set before them and if anything they have only improved the facility. They have worked with me many times on changing units as my needs for storage space changed. It is clean and maintained; the staff is wonderful to work with as well. Nothing bad to say....

This is a great storage facility. They have expanded to offer more units/storage. It is always clean and secure. I have had multiple units at this location for more than 3 years. When the ownership changed hands I thought I would be disappointed going forward but that has definitely not been the case. Dana is kind, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I highly recommend Valley Storage.
