I was not there, but my dad came in and we conducted my unit reservation over the phone— it was quick and easy. They were extremely nice and understanding. It made me feel comfortable leaving my things there before I even arrived.

Great place to have a unit. Good prices,nice storage units,heat/ac controlled with power. Plus gated with an on-site guard to make sure your things are safe from thieves. A friend has had a place here with her things for over 15 years now and hasn't ever had any problems of any kind.

Don't go there at night...in the state of NC for 24 hours...just had major surgery and those brave "BOYS" in blue pulled a newly met family member very well known in the community over and said someone seen us purchasing drugs .. I look like grizzly Adams...so they just knew I must be a criminal...they were greatly disappointed... love how Hickory NC treats visitors from out of state and there own...

I reserved a unit online for a move that we would be doing in a couple weeks. I received a follow up phone call explaining everything, I also had to push the date out a couple time with no issues from them. Once I arrived to fill out the paperwork the office staff was very nice and explained everything even took the time to show me three different unit sizes in person. Definitely recommend!

It so far has been excellent. I have been here almost 3 yrs and the previous company it was let the place run down! Now it's clean, safe, and the manager Lucas is always there on time and willing to help you the best way he can!!!

I saw what this place used to look like before they switched owners. It's like night and day. Lucas definately holds delinquents accountable, has cleared the property of any "riff raff," and goes out of his way to make sure I have a wonderful customer service experience every time I'm there. The place is currently being renovated and the new additions look amazing. Peace of mind with my belongings stored here. 👍👍

TRULY AMAZING !! That's why I give this place 5 🌟... Larissa (the manager) is definitely the best around. She goes above & beyond to make sure ur needs & wants are met. Very clean & friendly.. Larissa was so helpful at getting me set up for all of my moving needs. She was not only patient but also provided me with things that I didn’t even think of for my moving needs. Great location, very friendly, professional and accommodating staff! I have used OutBox storage for almost six years in storing samples for our food shows. Linda and Chris are always willing to help and made the whole process very easy. I also receive deliveries from UPS, FedEx and other trucking companies and the location allows access for 53' trucks as well!

I went by to find information on one of my options for my storage needs in the Hickory area. I drove around the facility and was impressed with the upkeep and cleanliness. When I walked in the office I was totally impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of both Chris and Linda. I have been in the military for 30 years and rented storage units several times in six states all across the country and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I knew there was no need to look any further and signed a contract right then, even though I had just started considering my storage needs. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.
