Terri is great and the rest of the team members! Terri should run a class on what customer service should be! She has helped our move from Colorado to Virginia so much more tolerable. From finding storage units, helping us find help to unload moving truck and even helped with my son having problems with our Jeep and the possibility of needing to store it! Much to our dismay finding storage and moving trucks has been quite challenging.I can’t thank Terri and the whole team at Valley Storage enough for going the extra mile to help us! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

The website made it easy to gather information and reserve a unit...The woman I originally talked to on the phone was super nice and knowledgeable...It was a pleasant surprise to also find the assistant manager(Tammy) to be delightful to work with...I would highly recommend this storage facility based on our experience!!!

The best Storage establishment in Mt.Airy bc not only do u feel your cherished belongings are safe but what really makes the place is the Two Ladies you meet upon entering the office.I have been with them now for at least over a year an have grown to care ,Respect an Love these ladies as if they was family.They are a true assett to this company an without them it would be a cold empty building.Two of the Best women living in Mayberry.

Rating 3 stars for the past service that we have received but we are not happy with the new changes that have came about. One of the main reasons we chose this facility was 24 hour gated access. Now we no longer have that. With new owners you now have until 10pm. We have been with this company for about a year now. We new something was off when they CUT our lock to DOUBLE overlock it and after we paid up we was forced to buy another lock. Every other storage place I have ever used doesn't cut your lock until they auction your unit. I'm more upset at loosing the 24hr access as we currently live out of state. We have been treated with nothing but respect but as of next month we will be moving into our apartment and we will be glad to be rid of this bill as it's now WENT UP... They also make you buy their insurance.

Awesome customer service and clean units! The lady at the front desk was amazing and she was quick to answer all my questions. I came close to closing time due to other obligations and she still took her time explaining everything and didn't rush me off. Great people to do business with!

Very nice staff! Super friendly! No pro-rated fees. You pay the day u get the unit each month, which I love. No fees, other than insurance if u want that. Provide a key & lock which is also a plus!! Highly recommend this place!! 🙂 also can access 24/7 ***** 5 plus star!!
