My experience with Valley Storage was great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit. Olivia was extremely helpful and kind when I called needing to move ASAP out of a current storage unit that I was in, into a new one. The day I called I was able to get all set up over phone and into a new unit the same day. When I no longer needed the unit I was renting, again Olivia was so helpful and assisted me with what needed to be done. Price also played a big role in my leaving the other storage unit and switching to Valley Storage. Thank you again Olivia and Valley Storage.

Drew was great to work with - responsive to my many questions prior to committing and allowed me the flexibility to use another unit if I needed to when moving in without the need to have another contract in place before hand. Great service!Olivia and Drew are excellent to work with and both have outstanding customer service skills. The facility in Ocean Isle Beach is easy to access and provides the space needed for my stuff. Operating hours are perfect for me and security is good. My experience at Valley Storage was hassle free, very positive, and convenient! The process was super easy and upon checking in, I was shown to my storage unit and able to unpack my things the same day. I live in a travel van and needed a place to store things I didn’t need on a daily basis. I had a ton of space for my personal items and it wasn’t far from my parents home at the time. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Valley Storage to any of my friends and family. The staff was very professional and polite! Great customer service!!!

On site manager is absolutely wonderful.When you expanded, you elected to raise our storage fee considerably rather than letting the new units pay for themselves, this is corporate greed. As witnessed by the emptiness of the lot in comparison to prior expansion it is apparent other feel the same. Consequently your price raise mitigated the decision to sell the unit in storage

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Easy access. Only negative is there is only one small hand truck for the entire facility. However, that is a big negative when you are trying to move items in or out and someone else has the one hand truck. I had to bring my own to ensure I would have the use of one.Down below there's a box to check to say agree with terms of service, however, it there is nothing to click on to see the TOS.

Overall it was a great experience with Candis who was very kind. She was so helpful and informative with helping my mother and I today with our storage needs and making sure that we were pleased with our unit of choice. She made what was a stressful situation so much easier and helped calm our nerves about our moving transition. Candis also helped us with purchasing locks and covers for our mattresses which was just another thing we didn’t have to worry about. I would highly recommend this place for storage. They really care about their clients and making sure that you don’t have to worry about your personal belongings with their security systems and gated storage. The prices for the unit spaces are very reasonable.
