Crystal is very friendly and accommodating. Units are clean, well kept. Any issues that come up are addressed immediately. Easy secure access to your unit when you need it. 5 Stars.Update: Since Valley took over, I left. I dealt with rude, unaccommodating, lying unprofessional Valley employees when Crystal was not there. Hope Crystal gets a big raise, she deserves it. I'd give it 2 stars now.

Crystal is a Godsend, she goes above and beyond her call of duty, she called several plumbers to fix a water situation, no one could help, she took matters into her own hands & fixed it herself & still managed to do her job. SHE DEFINITELY NEEDS A RAISE!!!!you will not find another hard worker like her..

The Rockingham location has not just an amazing employee but an absolutely fantastic human being representing your Company! From the first time we spoke on the phone she was courteous and friendly and for that reason alone I chose Valley for my storage needs and will continue to as long as you’re employing staff of her caliber! You’ll increase your customers if you let her handle her incoming inquiries herself as well, rather than going through an agent that has zero upselling skills and a monotone personality! Crystal was a 10/10 and you should appreciate what she does for Valley especially when you get reviews like this from someone who only gives credit to the exceptional

I went today and got a storage unit and met the most nicest person in management, Crystal Brooks. She’s very professional, friendly and really down to earth. Over the years I used a couple Of their units and they always clean and pest free, plus our site manager is always pleasant and helpful.. The rates aren't bad either..

I called and spoke with Crystal Brooks and told her my needs. She explained they didn’t have one available at the time but she would put me on a list to call back when one became available. She called me back a few weeks later and told me that the unit would be available the following Tuesday. When I went in she was extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a storage unit.

I am a bit late for my review lol but I gotta say I enjoyed myself there. The lady at the front was so polite and patient with me because with this being my first storage unit I needed a person like that, so she was extremely helpful to me and the pricing of the unit is also good. So if you’re checking out for a storage unit check that place out.

The good/ Good place to store valuables that should not get to hot or to cold. The space I rented was heated an cooled also very low humidity so my clothes, electronics, an furniture was not harmed in any way. They have very high security, coded gate system in an out. Also security surveillance cameras every where around the property. It was a little costly but for the heated and cooled areas I suppose that is normal. The bad/ They are very hard to get in touch with to pay bill or ask questions. Not the nicest people to deal with either. I would recommend them if you have to have a maintained temperature for your belongings, but if you don't I recommend some where else just because of how hard it is to get in touch with the employee's there, also the attitude of the employees.

Shannon was great! I had to get my unit during lunch on a Friday which is my busiest work day plus errands during lunch! She arranged for me to get some information to her before I went to the facility so all I had to do was sign paperwork. She went over the contract as well as made sure I knew how to enter and exit to get to my unit. She showed me exactly where my unit was (which was a climate control unit). I was impressed with how clean the inside of the unit was as well as the building where the climate control units were. I was truly impressed by her professionalism as well as the comfort level I felt with her. The office was nice and it was clean. The pricing was great especially for a climate controlled unit. Thank you Shannon for all your help! I would recommend America's Storage Space! 🙂

I have been with this storage company for a very long time. The management is great very professional and always on top of things. The owner's are exceptional people as well. I feel secure where I have my items stored. To anyone looking for storage this is the greatest here at American Storage Rockingham units. All thumbs up!!!!

We rented for less then six months but our experience with America's Storage Space was great, the building was always very clean. We have no complaints at all. The manager was always available to answer questions or help you get a storage space.
