We have storaged our things at Valley for many years. We even move up in the size of our unit. The staff that we have known through the years have always been friendly & helpful. This storage facility has always been kept clean & a nice appearance. We are sorry that we are leaving but the management has priced us right out of here. I know that everything is going up but that is ridiculous to charge that much for a unit that is not even climate control. That is just greed & I hope corporate will pay some day for making it so hard on the little guy.

Love the facility staff is Wonderful and very helpful. Kept clean and they are understanding of the time and work required to clean out your units. The only downside to this facility is no matter if you have a code to enter the gate your access to your belongings is limited due to a time fact code and gate only operates during curtain hours.

From the moment I called to ask if there was any units available , I felt so welcomed!! Ms. Best was awesome!! Have been at your facility for about 12 years. We are full time RVers. When we visited our storage unit, all our belongings were always at a good temperature and dry. We have permanently moved to Florida and we wanted our things close to us. I would have probably kept renting from you but the monthly rates have increased so much over the years, we decided to purchase a trailer for storage and we will move critical things to our air conditioned shed on our property.

I have been a customer for several years, even before the name change. During this time the ladies at the desk were always gracious, and efficient. Whenever I came in to pay my bill they asked if I was okay and if I needed anything. They always made you feel welcome and more than just another customer. Even during the Covid pandemic, they didn't miss a beat. The grounds are always clean and so are all the buildings. I am grateful to Miss Olivia and Miss Myrtle for their helpfulness and kindness. Even during the past hurricanes and tropical storms all my belongings stayed dry and the temperature stayed even.Even though I am leaving, it's because of these ladies I will always recommend Valley Storage .
