We moved cross country and rented a unit at a different facility when we arrived. When our truck of furniture was delivered, we needed to get another unit on super short notice. Valley Storage made the rent fast and easy. It was cheaper that our other units price and the hours available to access the unit were what we needed for the movers.

The only complaint i have is that ive been renting storage unit from valley storages for a few years now and my rent keeps getting higher and higher. How about rewarding your longtime renters/customers every now and then, instead of always running specials for new people.

The staff is friendly and helpful and the storage rates are very reasonable. The only thing I don't like is the entire property is gravel which allows water to pool in low spots.

The staff that I dealt with were all very pleasant and professional. The location and space were very convenient. The only complaint I have is the door operation. The lock slide was very stiff, and lifting the door was unreasonably difficult.

I would just like to say that Tina Silva at the butternut location was amazing! She helped us through everything we needed to know. Showed us 2 storage units we wanted to see & it was raining . We felt very bad lol but She was so nice and gave us lots of information. Office was nice and clean storage units looked clean and big also great prices!! I will always recommend this place from now on . Tina was a very helpful person with great customer service .
