Liked it better with an on site office, Not thrilled about mandatory insurance or having to purchase another lock and the rate increase was not helpful. Otherwise everything was fine and office personnel were helpful and friendly. Facility was clean.

Dora was very nice. All spaces for open parking were snow covered due to heavy snowstorms, but she called someone to come in to remove snow in a spot where I could park a trailer. Very easy process to be able to “move in.”

I chose Valley Storage in Medina because it had climate-controlled units available; its pricing and terms were clear and reasonable; they were able to reserve a desired unit for a short period until I was ready to move in; and their communication was clear, competent, and ongoing. The whole experience from renting, through using, and ending was very good - friendly, efficient, and a good price. The only issue was the access keypad. It is located in a position that makes it difficult to reach - if you don't approach it just right you either go off the payment, hit the curb, or have to get out of your car to reach it. The last few weeks were worse because someone hit it and knocked into an even worse position and they have not yet fixed it.

While not the newest facilities, the unit we rented was clean. The staff are great, friendly and very responsive. We contacted them by phone several times and our questions or concerns were addressed immediately. The units are conveniently located at the I-71 and Rt 18 in Windfall, OH just next to Medina.
