Very professional and unit came in time of need. With economic struggles would be nice to add grace period to app so you get that extra time needed to rebalance money, basically a promise to pay on date selected before late payments hit account. Thx and God bless.

Anyone looking for a storage unit that is top notch, Valley Storage in Dillsburg is the place to go. The folks in the office are very nice and worked with me in getting two units for our move.The units themselves are high quality with concrete floors that kept my restored antique trunk dry & in perfect condition! The facility is very secure and easy to access with the keypad personalized entry & remote gate.For the year I had my truck in storage, there were zero issues. I highly recommend Valley storage for anyone's storage requirements. Five stars!

The woman in Dillsburg who manages came out to the gate on a holiday weekend to help me with the passcode to the gate and also help me understand some other questions ad well as direct me to my unit and was incredibly helpful, kind and friendly.

Barbara is very professional and very personal at the same time. Two qualities that are rarely found together in today's world. She did a great job of explaining the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. I tried, but could not come up with any questions as she answered them all before I had to ask. Barbara should teach classes in customer service. Barbara gave me the feeling that I am renting from a friend or neighbor. I REALLY like that. The facility appears to be clean and secure which gives me peace of mind when storing my valuables with Valley Storage.

I went on Spare Foot to reserve a unit. Sizes available and prices were clearly listed. Barbara from Valley Storage called me to ask if I had any questions. Then I went to Valley Storage on the date I had reserved, at my convenience. Barbara is knowledgeable and friendly. We did all the paperwork and I was given a storage unit.
