**11 month update: Just moved out of unit and never worried about the safety of our belongings. Kim the manager, helped me navigate yet again and made moving a little easier by always being present and accommodating!*Adding an update of another 5 star experience, this time with Jerri Lynn, who went above and beyond to help me feel my storage unit was still safe and secure. I cannot express my appreciation more than to let readers know how professional as well as personal Valley Storage employees are. I'd give 10 stars if it were possible!Great Remote Experience! I live hundreds of miles away but needed a climate controlled storage unit in the area. Through America's Storage Space Website, I was able to secure a generous size unit. The manager, Kim, promptly contacted me to complete our contract, set up autopay and even supplied a moving truck for up to 5 hrs free of charge! We hired a mover who videotaped the storage unit and hallway showing an impeccably maintained unit. I felt such relief knowing my possessions were being stored in a secure location. They even supplied a free padlock as well. I can't speak more highly how professional the process went. Rent with them, you wont be disappointed!

EXCELLENT customer service and facility. I called to see about getting a space, but the size I needed wasn't available. Kimerly (Manager) said she'd put me on the wait list. A week later, she called and said one may be opening the following week. She called when she said she would, and got me in quickly and efficiently. Thank you Kimerly - you're great!

I needed a storage unit within a very short timeframe and America's Storage Space was where I decided to store. The manager, Kim was very helpful over the phone in checking availability, providing a summary of rules, and other things regarding the space I was going to rent. Later that day, I stopped by the office and went through the process of renting a unit. I was in and out in less than half an hour. If you're looking for a facility with great pricing, exceptional customer service, and convenient access, then this is the place.

This is our third year using America's Storage Space. Kim is super! I would like to thank her for helping to ensure a stress free move-in during a stressful time! This is the place to go. Don't bother looking anywhere else. They have the lowest rates around and I know because I looked. The staff is so amazing. You have 24 hr access to your storage that is surrounded by a large gate.

Very easy to start and stop service. We used the complementary moving van to move our things in and they provided us with a padlock and keys. Having 24 hour access was great. Kim in the office was very nice and helpful!

Kim and the team at America's Storage Space in Christiansburg, VA, are so helpful and friendly. When no units were available, Kim offered to put me on a waiting list and then called me when a unit became available. This place was so great! The lady at the front was so helpful and energizing. She helped me pick the right size unit by showing me different ones walking through. Which worked great for me bc it gave me opportunity to visualize the space I needed. Also, we were allowed us to use a truck to move things over for free. I'm glad I found this place bc it was super helpful in the time i needed.

I’ve had a unit at this location for over two years. Always safe and secure day or night, outside of it maybe being a little more pricey than other locations, you get what you pay for.

Michelle was incredibly helpful and friendly. She got us in a unit with last-minute notice, and made the whole process simple. She explained the security for the facility, which made us feel at ease. The facility is clean, and the unit was great. They are in a convenient location in town, and they even started doing their own UHaul business, which is so great for loading and unloading.
