The online portal was real easy, everything went smooth on that front. Then not even an hour passed before I got a call from someone making sure it went smooth, and he helped me get my passcode reset. Then I went in there to move into the unit and the same gentleman made sure all my ducks were in a row. Fantastic experience.

The man that runs the desk….AMAZING!! I had an emergency at 4:50pm and called, got a quote, LOVED IT and was around the corner. They close at 5pm. This man STAYED when he was suppose to pick his kid up from school, to fix us up! I really appreciate you man! Y’all are great! And great price!!!

This is now my fourth year using Valley Storage, I have used both the temp control and a drive by unit and they are both amazing! The facilities are extremely clean and I feel so comfortable with the safety of my items while they’re stored. It is such a convenient fix for a college student from out-of-state during the summer and having an auto pay option allows me to not have to worry at all about my unit and focus on just moving. Not to mention how friendly Tony is and how easy they make the whole process of renting, I love to stop in the office just for a chat each trip I make. I have never had any problems at all and they make my whole experience of moving out/in each year so much better. I will definitely continue to recommend to my friends at school and anyone else who needs a storage space!

Every other interaction has resulted in "above AND BEYOND" exceptional customer service!Most recently, at "the midnight hour with a full U-Haul truck and a prayer", I contacted Waterman Self Storage hoping that our last load would be accommodated. (I completely underestimated the total space needed during our move-out!) Within minutes, we were given our new unit's number and location (now our 3rd unit rental) and we unloaded the truck AND returned the UHAUL truck by the 3PM deadline that day!!!!!

Had a quick need for a rental unit on a cold Saturday in mid-January '21. Ran into some browser-related problems in completing the rental on-line. Tony stepped in, helped me complete the rental, set up recurring payment and gain access to a unit that afternoon. Since then, my experience has been only positive. Facility is in a convenient location, access is controlled but easy, grounds are clean and well-lighted, and cleared pretty quickly after bad wintry weather. I'd gladly use Valley storage again and recommend it to others.

Valley Storage was one of many local storage companies I called in Harrisonburg, but the only one to call me back. Adam was exceptionally helpful at getting me lined up with a unit to store my daughter's college stuff in transition to a new apartment. He was very thorough and detailed. The next day, Tony followed up with me to make certain I was all set and the answer questions and offer assistance if needed.
