We spoke to Valley Storage rep for a specific size vehicle unit. They did not have an opening at that location but did a search on a sister location which had a space that met our needs.Even better is is within 7 miles of our home. Team work and dedicated personnel met our needs.

I'd like to start by saying that I had rented a unit from them for only a few days. I needed to remove my items from my previous home. And needed to put them into a storage unit as I am now homeless. Due to unfortunate circumstances I was unable to aquire the help I had lined up. And needed badly. I rented the unit and was supposed to have a ride to a uhaul office as I lost my vehicle a few weeks prior. My ride backed out. I was unable to rent a uhaul and unable to retrieve belongings of mine and my children. I emailed the office, I didn't know how long my lease was supposed to last or what I could do if anything to cancel the unit as I ended up not being able to use it at all. An excellent and very respectful employee Sherry, was very pleasant and was able to help me. She was very responsive and even apologized to me for things not working out as planned. I cannot thank her enough. I am very grateful for her help. And her kind words in one of my worst times. She really doesn't have any idea how much that meant to me. I am forever grateful and thankful to have been able to reach someone so caring. Thank you.

Rented a unit today from them. Sarah the girl I worked with was very sharp with her knowledge on every question I asked, super polite and sweet. Units were a little older but its gets the job done it is gated with 24 hour surveillance.

So far, so good. Sherryl is very friendly. Had a special to start out for 1 dollar. 11 dollars is their insurance fee, but renters or homeowners ins. may cover your unit. Camera on the entrance. Will update a few months in of any problems arise.Update: no problems, had a great experience! They even honored the move in special when we had to take our stuff out of storage when our home sale fell through, and then back in when we finally sold. Best price in the area.

Using an RV site. Lots of room where the RVs are stored and looks like a nice facility. A little weary of physical security. Gate in the rear where RVs are parked has barbed wire fencing but the gate itself has a spot where someone can easily slide right under. Front access area lacks barbed wire fencing as well. Noticed that none of the surveillance cameras face the RV parking either. I'm very security conscious so that's why I bring this up. Would be interested to know if there has ever been any larcenies or damages to RVs at this site.
