I love the Valley Storage location at Williamsport Pike in Martinsburg. Every time I come I tend to take my time loading/unloading and I never get bothered. Brandy and the staff here are amazing!!! They always answer my questions and help me with billing changes/issues with the utmost respect and they’re always in a good mood. They are so nice, friendly, and welcoming. I may only come here to store my possessions, but I genuinely enjoy interacting with the staff here. You all do a wonderful job!!!

Enjoyed using Valley Storage most of the time. there were times during this past winter when we could not access our storage unit (716) because of excessive ice. Because the sun did not hit the front of our unit even when it was out we were unable to access it for a much longer time. It would have been nice if they had offered us something off for those times. We did report them to the office.

Very simple sign up process. The storage facility is well lit, well gated, and covered with security cameras which truly makes me feel more comfortable. The lanes are also very wide, wide enough for a truck and trailer which is great feature. Very great customer service!

Kayla was very helpful with communicating details over the phone about their available storage units and reserving a unit for me. Upon arriving to take a look at the unit, her and Sadye were both great in showing the unit and taking care of paperwork! Thanks for supporting healthcare workers by offering 10% off of the monthly rent for 6 months! Would highly recommend this location and staff!***When I went to close my account, I was not prorated at all just two days after paying for another month. I know it was in the contract, but the fact they can take a full months rent for only two days used and then rent it out to someone else is not the best customer service in my opinion.

We purchased a home in Martinsburg in early 2020, and Kayla helped us with all we needed to get a storage unit with all the new covid requirements coming into play. Fast forward to today, and we are in a position to finish moving all our items from VA to the unit here in town, and we we're lucky to have Kayla assist us again! the whole process was less than 20 minutes and we we're good to go with a second unit just down the row from our first.For a storage facility you couldn't pick a cleaner, more secure location with excellent pricing and a large variety of storage options.
